The Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama, expressed regret that he could not be present at today’s protest calling for justice in the trial of four former KLA leaders in The Hague.

It was previously announced that Prime Minister Rama would travel to the United States, where, at the invitation of President Donald Trump, he would participate in the Peace Board.

Rama had been in Pristina the day before, where he met with the leaders of Kosovo’s institutions.

“And with the photo album of my visit yesterday in Pristina, I wish Kosovo a happy Independence Day, with regret that I cannot be today at the public demonstration in solidarity with the four hostages of the KLA in the hell of international (in)justice in The Hague,” Prime Minister Rama wrote on Facebook.
