The Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama said that despite the developments in Kosovo and the Serbian military threats, the "Open Balkan" initiative is the right common path of the two countries.  In the press conference, Rama said that on this topic there is no agreement with the Kosovar side, but this disagreement does not affect relations with Prime Minister Kurti. Meanwhile, he said that there was no conversation with Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic on the topic of reciprocity on vehicle license plates.
