The Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama, has stated that Kosovo is preparing for a difficult winter related to electricity and that Albania will support it as much as possible.

During an online conversation with citizens and the media, Rama said that with the transformation of the power plant in Vlora, it will produce 300 megawatts and the two mobile power plants will provide 114 megawatts, which is important for an energy balance in crisis conditions...
