The lawyer accredited by the Special Court, Artan Qerkini, considers that the proceedings against the former leaders of the Kosovo Liberation Army are being delayed, while criticizing the prosecution for the delay in submitting evidence.

Qerkini says that the prosecution has conducted investigations even before the establishment of the court, therefore according to him, they have had enough time to finalize their investigations...
