At the Basic Court in Pristina, the hearing of witnesses continued today in the case of the murder of Liridona Ademaj. The accused in the case are Naim Murseli, Kushtrim Kokalla, and Granit Plava. In today’s session, experts from the Institute of Forensic Psychiatry gave their testimony, stating that Naim Murseli and Granit Plava underwent psychiatric examinations and showed no signs of psychiatric disorders.
In the same session, the prosecutor, Javorka Perlinčević, decided not to hear the testimony of Liridona Ademaj’s father, mother, and sister due to their emotional state.
Perlinčević stated that the aim was not to create emotional shock for the three witnesses.

Murseli also asked if he had ever admitted to the crime for which he is accused. Haxhibeqiri explained that the report did not leak from their office, nor from the court.
When asked about a prior traffic accident in which Plava suffered a head injury, Obërtinca confirmed that radiological examinations showed no brain damage resulting from the accident.
Obërtinca further noted that Plava admitted to using cocaine and alcohol but showed no lack of impulse or emotional control, and he has good analytical and executive abilities.
The deceased, Liridona Ademaj, was killed on November 29, 2023, in Bërnicë, Pristina. Among the suspects is her ex-husband, Naim Murseli, who allegedly promised Granit Plava 30,000 euros to carry out the crime. Another accused in the case is Kushtrim Kokalla.
