About 100 Serb citizens are protesting today in the north of Mitrovica, after the adoption of the resolution against holding the Serbian referendum in the territory of the Republic of Kosovo. Among the protesters are Minister Goran Rakic, MP Igor Simic, and mayors of the country's northern municipalities. Protesters hold placards reading "Serbs from Kosovo are strong with their state, Serbia", "Vote for peace not terror", and "Serbs have human rights too". The Minister of Communities and Return, Goran Rakic, is expected to address the media in a few minutes. The protesters have set up a symbolic ballot box in the city center, where some of those present voted.
