At the Basic Court in Prishtina, the preparatory hearing in a case related to the usurpation of a multi-million-euro property in Prishtina/Çagllavica failed to take place.

The hearing failed because several of the defendants involved in the case were absent. The next session has been scheduled for July 3, 2025, at 10:00 AM.

The presiding judge, Krenare Morina, stated that due to the lack of necessary conditions, the hearing must be postponed.

"The court finds that there are no conditions to hold this hearing, and for the next session, the defendants will be personally summoned through official notices," she said.

Since 2002, this land has been the subject of a property dispute between one individual who possesses documents claiming to have purchased the land and more than 20 other individuals who also claim the property belongs to them.
