Pregnant doctor attacked by stray dogs inside the premises of Kosovo's main public hospital
A pregnant doctor was attacked by stray dogs earlier this morning inside the premises of the University Clinical Center of Kosovo (UCCK).
The Director of the Emergency Clinic, Naser Syla, told KosovaPress that the injured woman received initial treatment in the Emergency Department and that her condition is stable.
“She is injured, she was attacked by dogs, and she was treated at the Emergency Center. After treatment, she will be admitted to Plastic Surgery for further care. Her condition is completely stable, but she has injuries and wounds; she is not in life-threatening condition,” Syla said.
According to the director, the doctor attacked by stray dogs continues to receive medical care.
