The vice-president of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Enver Hoxhaj, has stated that the situation in the north of the country should not be allowed to serve Albin Kurti for a new phase of populism, leading the country towards a political ambiguity, where it is not known what the end of 2023 looks like.
