The voting process for the early parliamentary elections in Kosovo has began. The first ballot was cast by the chairwoman of the Central Election Commission (CEC), Valdete Daka. She called on citizens to respect the rules of the COVID-19 pandemic. Daka also asked political entities to respect the rules of the CEC and the laws on elections.
