Police seize three firearms linked to Pristina murder case

The Kosovo Police have found and seized three firearms, which are suspected to have been used in the murder that took place in Pristina, where one person was killed and another was injured.

According to the 24-hour report of the Kosovo Police, it is stated that the firearms used in the commission of the criminal act were found hidden on the Pristina-Mutivode highway, as reported by KosovaPress.

“‘Bajram Kelmendi-Rrustem Hyseni’ street, Pristina / 25.03.2025 – 22:25. Regarding the incident of the date above, the Kosovo Police has obtained information that the firearms used in the commission of the above-mentioned criminal act are hidden on the Pristina - Mutivodë highway. Relevant police units were dispatched to the location and, in consultation with the prosecutor of the case, they seized three firearms: one AK 47, one TT type firearm, and one COLT firearm,” the announcement states.

The police report also mentions that they are continuing to work intensively on investigating and fully clarifying the case, as well as bringing the suspected individuals before the judicial authorities.
