This is what the president of the Greek News Agency ANA-MPA, Aimilios Perdiakris stated at the international conference "Freedom of Speech Borders", hosted by the KosovaPress News Agency.
On this occasion, he congratulated KosovaPress on the 25th anniversary of its establishment, while he spoke about the era in which the media are operating today, he emphasized that as an agency they are working to constantly do more for the safety of journalists.
According to him, the media today are working in a very demanding era and are constantly changing to adapt.
"We are working in a very demanding era and we are changing. Our requirements are changing and we are doing more on the ground. It is not only for the colleagues who work from the offices, but also for the reporters of what is happening in the field and most of the time this part of the field is very difficult to work and to survive in a disaster, I call it, such. It is very important for us to be trained in this and of course if we are educated, and familiar with these social media developments, I think we can be ready to face and know what we need to do", he said.
Whereas in the second panel, the speakers will be the president of the Prishtina MALL Board, Fatmir Zymberi, the leader of the UBT College Edmond Hajrizi, university professor Besa Luzha, Kushtrim Krasniqi from the Kosovo Olympic Committee, and Tualant Hodaj from the Kosovo Football Federation, who will present views about the possibility of creating synergies to support innovative initiatives that advance social prosperity.
