The Minister of Agriculture, Faton Peci, while reporting to the Committee on Agriculture, emphasized that the situation in this ministry is very serious, due to lack of legislation, level of debts and misuse. Minister Peci said that the Ministry of Agriculture is one of the ministries at the worst level of all other ministries, as a result of inherited problems.
