PDK: The government appointed and is illegally keeping the Chief Labor Inspector in office
The Coordinator of the Department of Justice
within the Cabinet for Good Governance of the PDK, Pëparim Gruda, has stated
that the appointment of the Chief Labor Inspector, Hekuran Nikçi, was made in an
illegal manner. According to him, there was no public competition for this position
at all.
In a press conference on Thursday, Gruda says
that this is about a flagrant and open violation of the law and the decisions
of the Kosovo courts by the Government.
According to Gruda, this illegal appointment of the chief inspector was also ascertained by the Independent Oversight Board for the Civil Service of Kosovo (IOBCSK) through the report of the Extraordinary Monitoring in the Ministry of Finance...
