Restrictive measures for the movement of citizens in times of pandemics, seem to have played a role in reducing the number of traffic accidents, and this is shown by the percentage of accidents that occurred during this year compared to last year. Kosovo Police spokesman, Baki Kelani, in an interview for KosovaPress, said that the number of accidents that occurred during the first 11 months of this year, compared to the same period last year, has decreased, including accidents with fatalities that were about 30 percent less than last year.
