The number of active cases of coronavirus in Kosovo has increased. According to the latest data from the National Institute of Public Health of Kosovo (NIPHK), there are currently 21 thousand 668 active cases of COVID-19 in the country. The highest number of active cases with COVI-D19 is in the Municipality of Prishtina. There are 8,049 active cases of coronavirus in this municipality. With the high number of active cases is Mitrovica with 1 thousand 587, then Peja with 1 thousand 487, Prizren with 1 thousand 281, Fushe Kosova with 1 thousand 199, Gjilan with 1 thousand 189, Gjakova with 1 thousand, and other municipalities with hundreds of cases. In the last report, NIPHK also reported two deaths and 2,707 new cases that were positive for coronavirus.
