Kosovo today commemorates the 23rd anniversary of the battle of Koshare, which took place on April 9, 1999 as part of Operation Arrow, between the Kosovo Liberation Army and the Yugoslav Army, where the Albanian-Albanian border was opened. Under the patronage of the president, the manifestation "Days of Albanian" was held, where initially Osmani paid homage to the Memorial Complex in Koshare and then participated in the central manifestation in honor of the 23rd anniversary of this battle. In her speech, President Osmani described this battle as one of the most important of the Kosovo Liberation Army.
