With a solemn session in the Assembly of Kosovo is marked the 31st anniversary of the adoption of the constitutional declaration of July 2, 1990. The delegates of the then Assembly were remembered as brave and with high national values, who were said to have realized the will of the people of Kosovo for freedom.

The President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani said that the delegates of the then Assembly decided on a historic right, which had been denied to the people of Kosovo for decades.
