President Vjosa Osmani commemorated Ilir Konushevci and Hazir Malaj on the 24th anniversary of their murder. The head of state, appreciating the contribution of these two figures in the liberation of the country, said that Ilir and Haziri need justice, while the memory of them will be eternal. "Freedom and Ilir are one. Consistency in the fight for freedom was the virtue of Ilir. Idealism made him fight for the freedom of the country until the end of life, becoming the hero of Kosovo. Today we respectfully commemorate the figure of the first man of the KLA, who along with comrades like Hazir Malaj, made the goal of generations for freedom and state a reality. Justice is needed for Ilir and Hazir, while the memory of them will be eternal", said Osmani. Ilir Konushevci was among the founders of the KLA in Llap and is one of the founders and supporters of the logistics sector for the KLA.
