In a letter addressed to the Head of European Diplomacy, Josep Borrell, the President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani informed him about the extension of the EULEX mandate for another year.

In the letter addressed to Borell, President Osmani said that EULEX will have a technical mandate, without executive power and based only on monitoring, mentoring and giving advice, based on the correspondence of 2018 and the requests submitted by her in the letter sent June 14th.
