The Organization for Quality Enhancement in Education-ORCA has stated that the Kosovo Accreditation Agency should start monitoring colleges and universities. According to the Organization, the lack of proper monitoring by the KAA has been evident over the years. In the publication of the monitoring report of the State Quality Council it is said that during the last year, eight colleges do not have institutional re-accreditation. Liridona Ademaj said that during 2021 in the process of institutional accreditation were a total of 11 institutions of higher education, where nine of them were private and two were public.
