Women in the media and in most workplaces need more adequate legal protection, sexual harassment policies in the workplace and labor law that makes it possible to share responsibilities equally.

This was said during the presentation of the report "Women in Media in Kosovo and Serbia", prepared by the Peaceful Change Initiative.
