The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani-Sadriu together with the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, in commemoration of the 23rd anniversary of the day of liberation, have paid homage to the grave of the former activist of the national cause, Adem Demaçi.
The President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani-Sadriu said that thousands of women and men of Kosovo have been sacrificed for the freedom and peace we enjoy today, but the activist, Adem Demaçi is the best embodiment of this sacrifice.
She said that activist Demaçi with his self-denial set the example that the freedom of Kosovo was more important than individual freedom.
Whereas, the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti said that the resistance and resistance of the Albanians after the end of the Second World War can not be imagined without Adem Demaçi.
