The Social Democratic Initiative (NISMA), asks the Kosovo Prosecutor's Office to clarify whether there was cooperation with the Specialized Chambers in order to shed light on the crimes that Serbia committed during the war in Kosovo. This party is even asking the Special Court to hold Ivica Dacic accountable for his involvement in concealing the crime of genocide.

At a press conference, the member of the presidency of the Social Democratic Initiative (NISMA), Bilall Sherifi, asked the Kosovo Prosecutor's Office to provide details if it has sent to the Special Court the indictment for the crimes committed by Serbia in Kosovo. This is based on the statement of the President of the Specialized Chambers of Kosovo, Ekaterina Trendafilova, who said that regardless of ethnicity, anyone who has committed crimes against the citizens of Kosovo will be held accountable.
