The incumbent Prime Minister of Kosovo, Avdullah Hoti, accompanied by the chairman of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), Isa Mustafa, and the leadership of this party, paid homage to the grave of former President Ibrahim Rugova, on the 15th anniversary of his death.

From there, Mustafa said that LDK, Kosovo and Albanians miss the figure of Ibrahim Rugova, who, as he said, gave a special contribution to the freedom and independence of Kosovo.
