After the holy of Ramadan, which ended on Thursday, today muslims all over the world celebrate the first day of Eid al-Fitr.

The central manifestation for the Eid al-Fitr in Kosovo was held in the Great Mosque in Pristina.

The celebration began at 5:05 a.m., with the morning prayer, after which the thematic lecture dedicated to this holiday was held by the theologian, Muhammed Stublla.

The Eid prayer was held at 06:23, which was led by the chief imam of the Islamic Community of Kosovo, Vedat ef. Sahiti. The main lecture was held by the Mufti of Kosovo, Naim Terrnava, who addressed the general public with the message of this holiday.

On the occasion of the Eid al-Fitr holiday, today (Thursday) the Presidency of ICK, as traditionally organizes a reception at the headquarters of the Presidency from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

The headship of the Islamic Community of Kosovo wished a happy Eid al-Fitr holiday to all believers and the general public, "praying to God to accept our fasting, prayers and worship".
