Kosovo international striker Vedat Muriqi could return to Fenerbahçe S.K. during the summer transfer window, according to Turkish media reports.

Turkish newspaper Fotomaç reported that the Istanbul-based club has reached an agreement with RCD Mallorca for the transfer of the Kosovo striker. According to the report, the deal is expected to be worth around €15 million, and Muriqi could travel to Istanbul soon to finalize the move.

Recent reports from Turkey and Spain suggest that the return of the 32-year-old forward is one of the top priorities for Fenerbahçe’s new management. It has also been reported that the striker has agreed personal terms on a long-term contract, with only the final details between the two clubs still to be settled.

Muriqi previously played for Fenerbahçe during the 2019/20 season, scoring 17 goals in 36 appearances before moving to S.S. Lazio. Following his spell in Italy, he became one of Mallorca’s key players, scoring 23 goals last season and once again attracting interest from the Turkish club.

So far, neither Fenerbahçe nor Mallorca has officially confirmed the transfer of the Kosovo striker.
