The report of the Minister of Finance, Labor and Transfers, Hekuran Murati, and representatives of Kosovo Customs and Tax Administration, who had to report today (Wednesday) to the Committee on Budgets, Labor and Transfers, regarding the implementation of revenues for 2023.

The reporting by Minister Murati was postponed because he was in a meeting with the mayors of the municipalities. This is what the chairman of this committee, Armend Muja, said, who requested that Minister Murati's report be held on Friday.

On this occasion, the committee discussed the draft work plan of the committee for the spring session 2024.

PDK MP, Mergim Lushtaku, has said that it is good that the Committee has a report on how the compensation for the damages caused by the floods went, since according to him, it is not known how much transparency there is in this part.

"It is not known exactly how many funds have been allocated to each household and I do not know how much transparency there is in this part. We have complaints in this part, especially from the municipalities and some family economies about the damages. So, it is good to have transparency in this direction", said Lushtaku.

On the other hand, the MP from the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) Avdullah Hoti has requested that the governor of the Central Bank of Kosovo, Ahmet Ismaili, be called in the report for the new CBK regulation and for the election of the deputy governor in this institution.

"I have two requests for reporting in March, I also wrote an email to the CBK, I have the correct information, there are reports in the media about the election of a deputy governor. I propose that together also about the problem of the CBK Regulation we invite the governor of the CBK and the board", said Hoti.
