Murat Jashari is found guilty of attempted murder of Azem Vllasi
On Tuesday, the Special Department of the Basic Court in Prishtina, found Murat Jashari guilty of attempted murder of Azem Vllasi and illegal possession of a weapon.
The statement states that the Basic Court in Prishtina - Special Department has decided on the Proposal of the Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo for the Imposition of the Compulsory Psychiatric Treatment with Detention in the Health Care Institution against the accused M.J. for criminal offenses Attempted murder under Article 179 paragraph 1 under paragraph 1.8 in conjunction with Article 28 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo and the criminal offense Unauthorized Possession, Control or Possession of Weapons under Article 374 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of Republic of Kosovo.
