In an effort to improve local bankruptcy proceedings and increase the efficiency of Kosovo's debt settlement system, the Ministry of Justice and IFC (International Finance Corporation) today signed a bilateral agreement to develop and improve the legal framework, which regulates bankruptcy and credit enhancement.
