Mitrovica marks World Environment Day with several activities
To mark World Environment Day on 5 June 2021, UN Habitat Kosovo in cooperation with the Municipality of Mitrovica will organize several activities aimed at raising public awareness of the role they can play in protecting the environment.
On this occasion, today starting at 10:00, at the Restaurant “Ura e Ibrit” will be the presentation of the guide for Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan, which will be attended by the Mayor, Agim Bahtiri, UN-Habitat Kosovo Head of Office and Chief Technical Advisor, Omar Siddique, as well as other representatives of local and central institutions, guests from local and international organizations.
