The Assembly of Kosovo with 70 votes in favor and one against has appointed the members of the Commission for Passing the Jurisprudence Exam, where Albert Zogaj has been elected chairman. For their appointment there was a verbal clash between the Minister of Justice, Albulena Haxhiu and the MP from LDK Driton Selmanaj. Haxhiu said that there is no conflict of interest regarding Albert Zogaj and there is no violation for the member Valbona Disha-Haxhosaj, because according to her, courage and professionalism weigh more than a disciplinary measure. Haxhiu even instructed MP Selmanaj to read the Labor Law.
