Member of Parliament of Turkey, Muhamed Balta, says that Kosovo should work more in terms of environmental protection, as he believes that the country needs more greenery. MP Balta, at the same time chairman of the Parliamentary Committee for the Environment, in an interview for KosovaPress, says that Kosovo should take examples from other countries in order to get the best practices. According to him, the implementation of environmental plans is needed. "People should be aware of the processes that cause air and environmental pollution, we were informed that the master plans for transportation have been made, of course it is good that these plans have been made, but it is not enough just to make these plans, the implementation is also important. The implementation must be done by the people themselves but also by the local governments, i.e., the process of bringing to life the implementation of these master plans, the construction of roads must also be accompanied by the relevant greenery since the greenery around the roads in a form are absorbers of these emitting gases, it is necessary to see the good experiences in the world in this regard, and to practice them in Kosovo"…
