Vetevendosje Movement has accused the CEC of delays in the process of verifying applications and issuing the final list of voters from abroad. LVV member in the CEC, Sami Kurteshi, said that the CEC in this case has committed a criminal offense, violating the right of the diaspora to vote. Kurteshi said that although the deadline for the diaspora vote should have started today, the CEC has not been prepared yet, as it has not published the final lists.
