Despite the fact that local businesses are considered to be generators of economic development and contributors to filling the state coffers, they are not supported by state institutions.

This is emphasized by the businessmen themselves, as they emphasize that, among other things, they lack financial support from state institutions.

However, their efforts to move forward are not lacking. Businesses are participating in various fairs, promoting their products and services.

Esat Berisha, from a local company with 15 years of work experience, which cultivated, processed and sold aronia berries, in a statement for KosovaPress says that they feel neglected by the institutions when it comes to support.

While showing the benefits of consuming aronia berries, Berisha emphasized that in addition to the juice, capsules, tea and powder have been prepared from this fruit, but he added that in the future they will add other products of this type.

Berisha expects that the promotion of the products of this company from Prizren at the "Fair 2024", organized by the Kosovo Chamber of Commerce, will bring good results.

Likewise, Don Polloshka, the owner of a company that deals with the sale of hygiene products and devices, said that support from state institutions is needed in order to continue.

Meanwhile, managers of this company in question say that they have economical prices, and expect to be successful in sales.

Meanwhile, Drin Syla from the company that deals with the installation of solar photovoltaic systems, emphasizes that support is never enough for local businesses.

He points out that in addition to financial support, they also need to facilitate procedures and inform citizens about this industry.

Prime Minister Albin Kurti weeks ago said that since the beginning of their mandate, they have been committed to improving the environment for doing business, support for businesses, protection of competition, and market inspection. /Z. Zeneli/
