The 100% tariff against Serbia has increased the manufacture of local products and the number of employees in Kosovo. On this ground Kosovo should use the tariff as part of mutual recognition with Serbia. Whereas reciprocity towards Serbia is unlikely to work as it is difficult to be implemented.
