Drenas is among the only municipalities led by the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) that participated in today's meeting with the Prime Minister of Kosovo Albin Kurti and the Minister of Administration and Local Government, Elbert Krasniqi.

Regarding this, the mayor of Drenas municipality, Ramiz Lladrovci, said that he does not get permission and does not ask anyone to participate in such meetings, which according to him are of interest to the budget of the municipality.

After the meeting between Kurti and 15 representatives of the municipalities, in a statement to the media, Lladrovci said that the budget allocated for this municipality by the current government is small but affordable.

He added that they received promises from the prime minister and ministers, but according to him, it remains to be seen what they will benefit.

Lladrovci said that the meeting also discussed the possibilities of increasing the budget for the citizens of Drenas Municipality.

Meanwhile, the sixth consecutive meeting of this type with the mayors of municipalities was held today.

Among the most important and urgent issues, according to Prime Minister Kurti, that were discussed in this meeting are the population census and the problem with stray dogs. /Z. Zeneli/
