The Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation (MESTI) is preparing a package of legislative changes, which foresees the licensing of teachers. But this initiative is being opposed by the United Union of Education, Science and Culture (SBAShK), since the transition from one license to another is done through performance evaluation.
