A new round of technical talks between Pristina and Belgrade, mediated by the European Union, will be held in Brussels today. The EU Special Envoy for Dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, also wrote about this event. Lajçak wrote on Twitter that preparations are being made for today's meeting. He stressed that from this meeting is expected to continue discussions on financial claims and property.
