The head of the parliamentary group of the Vetëvendosje Movement, Mimoza Kusari-Lila, is convinced that the draft statute of the Association of Serb-majority municipalities in Kosovo, proposed by Euro-American diplomats, does not create a new mechanism of the third governing power that may endanger the citizenship or constitutionality of Kosovo. However, she says that the concerns of the heads of the country are in some aspects that can create ambiguity in the implementation, therefore, according to her, the government has also addressed comments to the mediators of the dialogue, but for which there is still no answer.

Kusari-Lila, in an interview for KosovaPress, mentions the possibility that the draft may undergo changes, therefore she expresses herself more reserved to comment in detail, but underlines that Kosovo's allies, especially the USA, have guaranteed that they will not allow the creation of a level of third government in Kosovo.

The head of VV MPs in the Assembly welcomes the publication of the draft of the Association and its distribution to the opposition parties.

Kusari-Lila also sees positive the announcement of the search for the former vice-president of the Serbian List, Milan Radoicic, in connection with the armed attack in Banjska of Zveçan, on September 24.

In addition, she underlines that not allowing Serbia to hold elections in Kosovo is the principled position of Kosovo's institutions.

On the other hand, Kusari-Lila also welcomes the request to start the petition for the dismissal of the mayors of the four northern municipalities.
