Furtuna Sheremeti, legal adviser of the incumbent Prime Minister, Albin Kurti, says that they are awaiting the decision of the Constitutional Court on the decree of the President Hashim Thaçi, but she says that the claims of the head of the state that Kurti must face justice, there is no reason for such a thing to happen.

In an interview for KosovaPress, Sheremeti stated that depending on the decision of the Constitutional Court, they can return with comments to the Venice Commission, because this was left open by the latter.
