On Monday, February 27, the prime minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, and the president of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, will have their next meeting in Brussels as part of the dialogue. There, the discussion is expected to take place about the European proposal for the normalization of relations between the two countries. Political analysts saidy that only sanctions could convince Vucic to accept the plan known as Franco-German.

The political analyst, Fidan Ukaj for KosovaPress expressed skepticism about next week's meeting between Kurti and Vucic, until he said that there will be no progress from the meeting.

According to him, the Serbian side is barricaded in its condition for the formation of the Association.
