The Government of Kosovo has amended the legislative program for 2021. Within this draft law, the deadline for approval of the draft law on supplementing and amending the Law on Missing Persons has been changed. The draft law on prevention and protection from domestic violence and gender-based violence has also been withdrawn. The deadline for amending the law on budget review is June 30.

Regarding the draft law on missing persons, the Minister of Justice, Albulena Haxhiu said that it has been postponed due to issues that have arisen from the concept document.
