Kurti: Kosovo is more developed than ever before, the sacrifices for liberation were worth it
The Prime Minister of the country, Albin Kurti, has declared that Kosovo for the first time after the end of the war will have a strategy for transitional justice, which will address the wounds of the past and build a fairer future for all citizens of the country.
At the government meeting, the head of the executive said that the approval of this strategy is only the first step to realize their efforts.
In his speech, Kurti said that today the state of Kosovo is more developed than ever before, the democracy is healthier and the governance is getting better and better, for which he added that the sacrifice for liberation between generations was worth it.
Kurti said that he came to the Government meeting after the meeting with the American diplomat, William Walker, whom he said is a great friend of Kosovo adding that Walker was the one who raised his voice about the injustices and atrocities that were happening in our country during the war.
Kurti also announced that the activities in honor of the 25th anniversary of Liberation will continue in the following days.
