The Ministry of Health has been without a leader for three weeks now. Rifat Latifi, who held this position, resigned on October 6, but the Government of Kosovo has not yet appointed anyone in his place.

The opposition is criticizing the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, who has not yet appointed the new leader of the health sector, whereas the executive has not indicated when the Ministry of Health will appoint the new minister.
