Prime Minister Albin Kurti has called on Serbs to remove the barricades, following reciprocity on Serbian license plates, saying the only person who wants incidents is President Aleksandar Vucic.

Before the government meeting, Kurti said the decision on reciprocity is legal and appropriate. Meanwhile, he said they are open for talks, but only respecting the law and the constitutionality of Kosovo...
