It has been a week since the Kosovo Security Force is conducting operations in the framework of the exercise with the Americans, known as "Defender Europe 21". The main objective of the KSF Commander for this exercise is the validation of infantry capabilities in defensive, offensive and company level stability operations. There are 339 members of the Force involved in "Defender Europe 21" that started in Kosovo on May 17. They are conducting combat operations in Deve e Babaj i Bokës, in Gjakova. The orders for the field are issued from the point at the Gjakova Airport, where the troops are deployed to control the field operations by issuing instructions and receiving reports for the units that are in the field.
