After a landslide on Don Shtjefën Kurti street in Prishtina, teams from KOSTT and the regional water supply company KRU Prishtina have arrived at the scene.

KOSTT officials have begun works to restore electricity. They told KosovaPress that they aim to restore power within two hours to this neighbourhood and other areas that were left without electricity and water supply due to the collapse. Water utility teams are also expected to begin work shortly.

Due to the incident, the Basic Prosecution in Prishtina has interviewed the owner of the company “Klub Invest,” while not ruling out the possibility of interviewing other officials as well.

The Municipality of Prishtina has already suspended several inspectors.

Italian KFOR troops are also present at the site where the landslide occurred yesterday on Don Shtjefën Kurti street in Prishtina.
