The Alternative Dispute Resolution Center - Mediation Center Mitrovica (ADRC-MCM) has published on Friday the research "Reform of the legal framework, practice and challenges of mediation in Kosovo". It was said that Kosovo has made progress in the field of mediation, especially in the legal aspect, but there is still a lack of awareness among citizens about the mediation procedure. On the other hand, in 2022, the number of cases that the courts and prosecutors have referred for mediation has also increased.
