Kosovo is implementing a Millennium Challenge Corporation MCC compact of 236 million dollars to create a more sustainable, inclusive and reliable energy sector. This was announced by the German Embassy in Pristina.

Millennium Challenge Corporation - MCC Director in our country, Rinor Gjonbalaj met with the Minister of Economy Rizvanolli to announce that with a recent adjustment of the income threshold, Kosovo is back in the pool of MCC candidate countries.

“Currently, Kosovo is implementing a MCC compact of 236 million dollars to create a more sustainable, inclusive and reliable energy sector. A step forward for the bright future of Kosovo,” reads a statement from the German Embassy.
